PHILADELPHIA (KYW 1060) – Philadelphia police say an argument between workers of rival tow truck companies outside a pub in Kensington led to deadly violence.
It happened near Frankford and Lehigh Avenues around 3 this morning.
Authorities say the men were arguing about towing territory and a woman.
Police say 25-year-old Glen McDaniel got into his tow truck and ran down Ray Santiago. The 38-year-old was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The suspect, a driver for Straight Up Towing, is in police custody. He’s charged with homicide by vehicle and numerous other offenses.
