Posts: 1 06/13/2008 11:43	Tags : None I have a 2006, 3500, durmax automatic , my trucks have gps and this driver is often speeding is there a way to slow this down ? So it wont go say over 65 mph . Please i need to slow this truck down.

Posts: 3 06/14/2008 16:16	i have asked him to slow down, when he gets on the interstate he just goes to fast he is a good man just thinks he is in a nascar car i guess , i have to let him go or slow the truck down my internationals are all turned down the chevy should be able to do this also

Posts: 41 09/08/2008 20:50	Go buy a superchip programmer u don't have to increase the horsepower u can set the speed to what u want has a programming mode even has digionostic's great tool.Have 2 duramax's have 2 programmers they have a VIN lock mode so no one can change it without the programmer or without flashing the computer hope this help's

I have worked with many great wrecker opperators that where not good drivers ...... does his driving cause unnessisary wear to your epuipment ? is he consuming more fuel than he should ? tell him that if he continues down the path he is traveling than any excess fuel consumption or excessive wear on the truck is on his dime ..... 1 of 3 things will happen 1. he will play proctologist and remove his cranium from his rectum 2. you will be paid back for what his abuse of the truck costs you or 3. he will become someone elses problem

Posts: 259 11/15/2008 14:13	Nearly all performance programmers have the ability to change the top speed limiter. I know you can raise the top speed, not sure how low you can set it (65, 70, ??)
