towPartners is launching our new towPartners Motor Club Statistics tracking tool in the next week or so and wanted to give everyone a sample of the data collected so far. Below you will find a table that shows the data as it has been averaged as of this morning. This data has been collected through hundreds of members updating their profiles. If you are a member, we need you to also update your profile to ensure we have the best quality sample for these averages. This data will launch on our site live very soon and we hope it will assist all of our members in knowing this information. We plan to publish national information like what is shown here as well as regional information for each part of the country. In order to make the data as factual as possible we need your information. This information will be kept confidential and will only be published in this type of averaging format.
The questions members are asked are as follows:
How many days from the date you send an invoice does it take to receive full payment?
What is your base rate for service calls?
What is your base rate for a five mile light duty tow?
How would you rate the club overall? Assign a score of 1-10 where 10 is Excellent and 1 is Poor.
These are the average results so far. The green highlights represent the best score in each column and the yellow represent the worst.
