Staffing, equipment, dispatch, ect. Generally, it's like starting the first location just with a slight advantage of knowing what (not) to do.

Posts: 363 02/06/2013 9:13 PM	I'm a manager at one of three locations. And I am a second generation tower. So all I can say is the right people will make it or break it. And put GPS tracking in all ur trucks.
