Posts: 40 Jan 26 13 8:31 PM	Tags : None What program is everyone using for shop repair invoices as well as tow bills. Like excel or quicken or maybe some other program? I'm on excel right now, there has to be something better. Can anyone post a blank copy of an invoice?

Posts: 713 Jan 26 13 8:46 PM TRAA CT# Directory Listing Pending	We do not run a retail shop but I know software is out there. For towing, we use our dispatch system which is Dispatch Anywhere by Beacon Software. In the event I need to produce an odd invoice for something, I would use Quick Books.

Posts: 1417 Feb 7 13 10:59 AM Ohio	We designed our own invoices and receipts in-house using Microsoft Word and then set them up to be used as a "template" so that the form cant get messed up when you go to input data...has worked great for many years and our office staff loves it. Aside from that, we can also do it thru our accounting program too, but I made the ones in Word because I wanted to control how the forms looked and the layout and not some generic layout in a computer program. If anyone is interested in having us make any forms for them, please just PM me ~Thanks
