Posts: 656 Feb 7 12 12:03 PM Rotator WreckMaster #071865 Georgia	It looks to me ( and I may be wrong ) that the PSC is creating a law dept for themselves so they themselves can actually enforce the rules and regulations for limo, household goods ( moving companies ), utility, and Non-consensual towers. It would give them the ability to actually arrest AND fine violators, rather than just fine them. Did I miss anything? That was one LONG piece of paper....LOL On the non-consent tow side of it, I think it is probably a good thing, since it will get some of these " fly by night " or " wildact " non-complaince companies out of here. On the regular towing side of it, I think this is a pandora's box for us. If they can regulate the rates of all those listed above, how long will it be before they attempt to regulate consensual towing?
