It should do... Bags , Springs or Nothing ?
Must have the 4:10 rear could have the 4:30 though, 3:73 is a factory option and maybe worth the change. Doug Cell 267-236-3118 Office 302-436-2111 Nextel 168*205076*1 Jerr-Dan , Chevron & Recovery Solutions Distributor's www.danzibrothersinc.com |

Nice looking truck. You won't be disappointed in the V10 gas motor. We have had them in our fleet quite a bit over the years and two 08's F550's
are coming to us. We have had nothing but good performance from them. Stay safe,
JARED

twinbulls wrote: If you can provide a serial # off the pump I find out if it's even the right pump. Like I said in the past Alot of dealer's built gas truck's w/ smaller 3 gpm pumps as this would not have the shock affect on the engine thus not shutting it off , However in return you get a very slow wheel lift. Also does it have a Idle up feature ? , If not you may need to invest in that for those winching times. Check for idle up ~in park ~emergency brake on ~engage pto switch ~Idle should come up within a few seconds. By the way , the drift down is standard.. Just kidding. Unfortunatly you will have to unfold the whole way. There is no lockout valve in the section so it will
drift down. Doing the function fully and it should stay up, if it does not then you have a problem.

Nothing wrong with saving Bucks on a slightly used unit...especially with our current business climate.

Like danzi had mentioned tim sorry been sick didnt have time to reply.......but back to the subject sometimes when these dynamics get built the end up having
the wrong pump/tank setup.......either they put a pump to small or to big therefore giving you the great joy of a slow unit and yes back to the point of having
a gas motor on wheelift I have seen quite a few times where the pumps actually stall out the truck we had one where the pump was wrong and at idle unfolding
the unit and letting go of the switch stalled out the truck ........having the diesel with the extra torque worked out alot better compared to the gas
motors.........certain pto's you can adjust the flow rate and even the hydraulic distribution block might have a valve to allow you to speed it up a
hair, but if your luck is like mine then it just came down to the wrong pump setup.......when I got mine they repositioned the fill neck for the hydraulic fluid
onto the drivers side of the truck and put in the wrong pump to match the tank and I got alot of blowout meaning when I was at a rotation call or even an AAA
call I would look back and see hydraulic fluid or in my case tranny fluid blowing all over the place through the fill neck .......I had them send me down what
I call a steam pipe because it raises the neck up a good 5 inches with a different cap to keep the pressure in but that only helped a lil.....now quick
question let say you start your truck your in your yard and you have to move a car......you click your pto then go to unfold while your truck is in reverse but
your sitting still ......does your truck almost pulsate when the unit is unfolding like it sounds like your motor is struggling to keep up with the
pto?...........let me know oh and I'll by the lunch lol
oh I forgot any drift in the system might mean you have a stuck valve or bent one from the old owner possibly leaving the pto while driving puts alot of pressure on the valves or could be from alot of grime and gunk in the system keeping the valve from fully seating......but the half unfold/tilt and its floating the rest of the way down they tend to do that slowly not fast..... if it unfolds by itself pretty fast then you got a pesky valve!
