What's amazing is to compare Kong to the Green Monster. As massive as the Green Monster is, Kong appears to sit a lot higher and be even bigger. Steve,
you're going to need a ladder !! But I guess that's why they make remote controls.

Hey Eric thanks... You might be right? It was estimated to weigh in around the mid 80's before we added the other two outriggers.. I also asked bill to
give Kong larger than normal outrigger pads and I requested 1 inch thick steel pads... The added area will give a better footing on surfaces as well as the
added weight from the 1 inch thick pads will give it better stability with the outriggers spread... That added weight so far out will give it twice the weight
of leverage on keeping it planted... when making heavy lifts... I can't wait to see yours either? Is the turntable or body on it yet? Got any pics? I'm
sure it will be large and in charge... Thanks Eric... Be safe... Steve

Steve I Finally Relized you bought the last one - off turntable that had been leaning against the wall for the past few years... I was wondering who was gonna
snag that one up.. She is coming along very nicely.. Hope all is well.
I know what the green monster weights and My bet for kong is 87,500 anyone takin? |

JR..Yep... You are correct... Bill said he had that Gear for awhile but hadn't used it yet because it would require a few modifications and some
machining..... I think you might be right on track with the weight.. Has your chassis arrived at the big house yet? I will be making the trek to B&B as
soon as I get home form vacation... Possibly the last week or so of July.... I'd like to see those two chassis that are next to be built.. Be safe and stay
well.... Steve

John..
I haven't stood next to the JD 85 yet? But I have stood next to Highways 80 Plus and next to ours. Although the JD's must be impressive up close? I cannot say not yet being in that position. But you sipmly can not imagine the size of the B&B 80 Plus untill you stand next to them? Like I said? I haven't stood beside the JD 85 yet? But in all honesty? I can't imagine it being bigger than the B&B 80 Plus Signature Series... Bill Bottoms has decided to tag and Invoice his largest Rotator the " B&B 80 Plus Signature Series" Bill has decided to do this because of the high cost of re-rating. These monsters are built to 90 and 100 ton specs. I had stood next to Highways truck as it was being built? But I was blown away to see the size of the finished product. I think you will be also when you see them up close and in person. Kong being built on a larger chassis will make it stand taller and it will have a wider wheel base with the big 1400 X 24 rubber..near 10 foot wide.. Now I hear JR and another operator out of Canada are building something very large? (But that's for them to tell) Maybe they can talk Bill into re rating the B&B to a fitting & deserving size?.. Thanks.. Be safe .. Steve

I am sure pics don't do this unit justice at all.. The pics of the green truck surely don't do it justice especially when seeing people stand next
to it and the boom being extended above the roof..
