That had to be a handful with a pretty short truck....just a little bit of the "pucker effect" ? That had to be close to 80K with 25-28K on the
steer?

yeah the steering is a lil light to say the least...but you get used to it (i guess) doesnt do much when you try to go backwards unless you wanna go straight

Throw a block of wood in the stops on the front suspension and the rear steer axle wont hang down.
How long is your truck 280 wb? Ours is 285 on our 9055, I know the feeling. |

chuck i dont know what you are thinking of,we have canadian made twinsteers down in durham and they have 2 springs on the front axle and 2 on the 2nd
axle,,,puttin blocks in there would close the travel space not keep the rear steer from hanging.

i was actually dropping this when the pic was taken...but it does have the spring block setup and it i have chained them and blocked them up but it doesnt seem
to make any difference

Yep...I bet that was a handfull..Looks a little light on the steers...But..we have all been there..lol..Good job getting the tow done safely..
