Hello,
We just recently bought a GMC General with a Century 1040B, This is our first 1040. Can anybody tell me any problems or anything I should be concerned with. Robert |

Operators Robert... biggest problem is finding an operator that will respect the truck and be able to use it to it capacity and not beyond. Keep everything greased..Boom rollers and all( Grease is your trucks friend) ... keep the controls in order ( order the pivot ends by the box because if you use it they will need it) Other than that I Think you will find it is an awesome truck. This is what you could expect it to possibly do

Thanks for the reply and posting the photos. After we get it lettered and equipped I will post pictures. Again I wont to thank you and your Dad for all the help. As you already know it is an awsome truck, It already has done more than we could have expected. Buying the truck from you all was one of the best things we ever could do.
