Local police call for two heavies to respond for a loaded 33,000lbs box truck that was readdy to tip over . When arrived found the truck
was loaded with refrigeration equipment and was right around 33,000lbs .

If you ever lack a second truck try this, works like a charm.
The strap around the back raises the center of gravity by several feet so it can't roll. You can also winch the vehicle up alongside your wrecker which is slick. I learned this trick two years ago. Out of all the stuff I learned in my WreckMaster classes this one has probably made the most money for me. We've done it with very heavy tractor trailers about to tip also. |
