I can see the picture. I guess it depends on the state law where you are it appears that the only thing he hauls on that truck is that vehicle and its at a museum so he probably is NOT for hire might not need DOT numbers if he just hauls his personal collection? |

In CA it is legal to tow your own stuff around without CA#'s or DOT#'s but you have to put not for hire on it.

that looks like a mini truck made by suzuki, the pretty popular over seas, we have one in town its used at the local circle track the bed on it is the winners

Does not look long enough to tilt right, Seems like you would be loading almost straight up!
