I&#39;m new to this forum but looking through the forum this might be the perfect place to ask this question. 

I&#39;m not in the towing business but the storage container business; I&#39;m looking at a 2009 Topkick C5500 4x4 with a 8.1L gas powered 325 hp engine and
putting a 5th wheel on it.  With a trailer and 40&#39; container on the back we&#39;re probably hauling between 20,000 - 25,000 lbs.  Can this truck haul this
or am I going to blow it up or run the truck into the... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Your better off with a diesel and 2wd. I&#39;ve sold a couple of nascar team&#39;s Chevy 5500&#39;s  with hauler beds. They use them to haul the souvenir
trailers. The total weight with the trailer is usally 18 - 20,000lbs. They love it.  If your hauling more than 25k you need to step up to a air brake 7500.
