This is actully a pretty common problem and can in turn lead to Rail Pressure codes and other issues...Even fried injectors!

The Bosch CP3 Injection pump on these trucks are suction pumps. They dont have lift pumps. *Hints the primer on the filter housing* Some of the 4500 and 5500
had pumps but not all! I would install a aftermarket system (Fass , Air Dog , etc) or even just an inline pump. The problems arise when the CP3 comes under... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ We have the same problem with our 06 C-5500.  But someone told us about using fuel filters with check valves in them and they work a whole better now.  Now we
use WIX fuel fuel filters and they work fine.  And who ever designed that location for the filter needs to be shot.  <img src="http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/mad.gif" alt="image">

			<description><![CDATA[ i would check the fuel lines and tanks for junk in them, try flushing the line&#39;s before the filter. the rear tank seal is a big time issue check that. also
check the tank vent&#39;s if they are not open a vacuum lock can impede fuel flow. on dual tank&#39;s inside the frame rails there is only one vent and it is
on the front tank. the fuel cap&#39;s are supposed to be one way vent&#39;s but do not always work well. check all clamps and seals attached to the tanks if
they are leaking they... ]]></description>
