I have reported the problem, Ron. I had the same problem posting on the support board. I do not have the loading issue you experience, but it seems to be on Yuku's side. We will wait for a reply from them.

Hey Doc, I'm having real problems getting 411 to work. Took me 6 times of loading 411 and exiting to get it to load and then took 6 minutes to get into this forum. For the last month or so, even if I get on 411, it takes forever for a forum to load and most the time it won't load at all. I use window washer that cleans everything when the browser is closed so that's not the problem. For the last couple weeks, I have not been able to go all the way thru 411 - it just stops...
