			<title><![CDATA[ Hazmat Surcharge ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ What is defined as a hazardous situation in order to deem it nessecary for a haz mat surcharge?  We recently had a tanker down an embankment within 50 feet of
a creek, it had 300 gallons of home heating oil on board.  It was a fairly hard pull to bring it back up the embankment and the truck over turning was a
concern.  Would this small amount of fuel be enough to constitute a haz mat surcharge?  Thanks in advance for your input...And if this is not the right place

<strong>Antivirus XP 2008</strong> and it asks you to purchase this product to get rid of the Spyware - but of course, it&#39;s just a scam.

			<description><![CDATA[ We currently have radios in all of our trucks, and the drivers have to use there own cell phones. Which do you prefer Radios or Nextels/cell phones??? We had
cell phones before and all the drivers burned the minutes for non work related stuff. We have 8 trucks and 6 operators, and in some places no Cell coverage,
and in others no radio coverage in others.
