Increased towing fees are also being contemplated in both cities.

With gas prices rising to about $4 per gallon today from $2.85 per gallon a year ago, cab and tow truck drivers have been lobbying for rate increases.

I am really hurting my sister in law her mom and my wife daughter and I all share a house and are real close.
I have towed lots of cars with fatal or near fatal injuries but this is not someone else this time.
What was so bad was telling my 8 year old daughter that "Sissy" won't be coming home.

    Virginia State Police are investigating a two-vehicle accident in Spotsylvania County Saturday night that killed a 5-year-old girl and injured several other people.
