The inside end of the 2nd stage boom is bent, the outside 4 feet are straight, however the inside 4 feet, has a 1/2" deflection in the 4' run and the

Is there a way to speed up the movement on the under lift on a No mar 1215? The one I purchased yesterday, at high idle everything is fine, but the under lift.
On high idle, the winches move good (haven't tried using both at the same time yet), the boom up and down and in and out is fine. The fold down on the
under lift, and the extend in and out are pretty slow.

I have heard you can make adjustments, but on what? And do you sacrifice strength for speed?
