Does anybody have any pics of NRC's Sliding rotator 60/80 SR - Heavy Incident Manager? I always see it on the website and never any pics of it in action. It would be greatly appreciated!

We had one of these and I never even thought about it, but how does a tag axle work in a scaling situation. It's not part of the truck. If it has never had paperwork stating that the extra "lift" axle is an add on, it's like it's not even there.

I remember a dump truck wreck a few years back that killed a man. The DOT looked on the door jam and they didn't have the yellow sticker stating the pusher axle was installed aftermarket. That DOT guy said,...

i think we logged around 1800 miles with it this week.so far,im loving it. btw the digger truck had a broken rear end,sure was nice not having to bypass the scale house....green light !....

how do i park undereach on the ground??

i was wondering how i should set my undereach on the ground when removing it from the truck,( 1),leave it folded up and put crib blocks under it so it will set or ,(2),un-fold it and extend it all the way out to balance it so it will set by itself. i need some pointers on the best and safest way to do this thanks for all your help;;; leroy

Can you get an NRC rotator with an aluminum body? 50/65 or 40/50.
They all say...

Heavy duty body 100" wide ; Hi-tensile steel used for structural parts

But there is no mention of aluminum as an option. Even the new composite boxes would probably be okay.

we have bought three new nrc trucks since 2001,we have two 45 sliders and new 50 slider with composite body ,we have air leak on one of the winches for cable tenioner ,we unhooked it so we could use truck,we bought all three of these from flora,i have left messages at there shop and on mikes cell phone for over week with no return calls, i have also called nrc factory and there on summer vac...just wondering what i would do if i had major problem and couldnt get parts to repair my truck when...

Hey Guys have-in issues with the linkage rods to operate the controls the wired remote works great but doesn't control all functions during a recovery it get to be a pain in the rear tried working them with penatrating oil and then grease but not much help there any input would be great

I also know that he wants an all terrain vehicle.

just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the NRC composite electrical system. We are blowing fuses left and right for the tomar light bar. we are blowing fuses inside the cab for the switch. we are blowing fuses @ panel in rear for controls. i don't know if it is a tomar problem or NRC problem. i have tried numerous time to contact flora and no response back. i hate to air out my laundry on this site, but i was left with no other choice. if you do not want to service...

NRC tailboard recovery block questions?

I am building a recovery block for the rear of my steel flatbed deck similar to what I have seen on here that NRC produces, I have built the block assembly & have been trying to see what the best securement method would be but have not come up with a "quick connect" solution yet, how does the NRC mount to the back of the deck, anybody have pictures to share would share? I will post pictures of my progress tomorrow, thanks.

Hello all- Quick question. We recently added a used 20K ramp truck to our fleet. Today I was transporting a forklift and after securing the forktruck to the deck I slid the deck forward I began to tilt the bed back down. The fork truck was about a foot off center closer to the drivers side edge. As the deck was tilting back down, it leaned heavily to the drivers side. tommorow im going to pick up a loaded quad axle dump, customer says it is grossing 78,000 lbs front axle weight can only be estimated,im geussing around 18,000-20,000 lbs. i have a nrc add on shd u-lift with tag axle, on an 1801 holmes with 305in" wb, on set - back axle ihc with hedrickson walking - beam suspesion, previous owner said use 80-90 psi in bags, what advice as to air press. should i run since i cant tell how much press.will be on the spring suspension, thanks leroy

can anyone tell me what the lifting capacity of the NRC 50/65 is off the tail board???? we here lift a 54,000 pound real.. with 2 tators a 1075 and 1060.. just wondering if the NRC can handle it on it's Owen??? and we need about 15 feet of clearance to make it. if the NRC can handle it can anyone give some pics some heavy lifts off the back of a NRC?? so i can show the boss.. the NRC has caught are in tress..but there are a lot of questions we have and can't find the answers...
